	I appreciate my childcare provider because… for the last seven years I’ve witnessed a group of people who care deeply about the well being of children as well as the families as a whole. In 2005, my husband was activated to the war and Little Lights Learning Center provided a stable and caring environment for me as well as my kids. They became counselors, mentors, and listeners, as well as friends that I was able to count on. They helped me find aftercare sitters for my kids as well as financial aid for my daycare needs. 	Dear Friends at Little Lights, It is hard to believe that a new school year has started and we are not at Little Lights. I remember the day I drove past the big sign that announced the opening of the daycare. I was so excited because It was close to my house! Little did I know that it would grow close to my heart. When God prompted me to adopt from China, I didn’t realize he had prepared so many things ahead of time for me- one of those things was you. You have taken such good care of my daughter, and have guided me through the jungles of parenthood as well. Thank you for your commitment to kids and their parents. Abby had a pretty good start to 1st grade. She likes her teacher and has shown more wisdom in her behavior choices. It’s not all roses, but much progress has been made and I am very proud of her. 	To whom it may concern, Consider this a letter of recommendation for Little Lights Learning Center and Carey Chavarria. My daughter Isabella Layton has attended the facility for approximately a year. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences since then. Being new to the area, we had no idea where to look for acceptable childcare. We were looking for a facility that was clean, safe and had a low turn over of staff. We wanted the teachers to be educated and licensed. Additionally , we wanted a facility that would offer Isabella an environment that was developmentally in line with where she was, not behind and not ahead. We found that in Little Lights. Carey Chavarria is my neighbor and we met quite by accident. She knew I was looking for childcare and offered a free “get acquainted visit” at Little Lights for Isabella. It went so smoothly and we immediately signed her up for 3 days weekly. The facility is always clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and educated and they seem to follow policies and procedures according to the information I have been given. Every staff member knows something about my daughter which tells me there is an element of teamwork among them. I feel very safe dropping my daughter off, knowing that no strangers can get into the facility without someone knowing about it. From experience, I know that a childcare facility is only as good as its Director. I have seen many franchised facilities that are not up to high quality standards as they advertise and I would blame that on the Director. Carey obviously takes pride in Little Lights and it shows in every aspect of the program. I would give my highest recommendation to Little Lights. I recommend anyone interested in securing a clean, safe and high standard of learning, to find a place with Little Lights. 	To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to provide a letter of recommendation on behalf of Little Lights Learning Center and the staff that work there. My two children have attended Little Lights for the past three years. At first it was a difficult transition for all of us being that my kids had never been in a daycare setting before…especially for my son, Logan. It wasn’t long after he started attending that it became more and more obvious that Logan might have some developmental delays. So at the age of three, my son was diagnosed with mild autism and my world was flipped upside down. The staff and Directors of Little Lights were so supportive to me and worked very hard to help Logan learn to adjust to a new environment and schedule. Even now, we have out struggles with Logan, but his teachers are so patient and work very hard to help him understand how to behave in a classroom setting. The teachers Logan and Hailey have had over the years have been wonderful. As a single mother, it has been such a relief for me to know that the kids are in such capable and loving hands when I have to be at work. Little Lights has been truly a blessing to my family. I am very satisfied with the care my children have received at Little Lights. I have and will continue to recommend other parents to my kid’s “school”…as Hailey calls it every morning! 	Dear Little Lights Staff, I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for all they have done for Demetri for the past 4 years. I am glad that I placed Demetri in your school. He is a shy kid and if I wouldn’t have exposed him early to a group environment I am afraid he would have been worse than he is now. I love everything about your school; all the teachers are so kind and caring. I f we are having a rough morning they take the time to help make it easier to leave Demetri. Demetri has learned so much from being at your school, from learning his letters to religion. I enjoy reading him the Bible stories and getting to hear what he has learned about the story from school.
